Politics and Prose Book Clubs
Check the website for more information. Politics and Prose is a book club that meets at the Politics and Prose bookstore in Washington, D.C. The club is open to all and is free to join. The club meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM.
Washington Area Roadskaters
The Washington Area Roadskaters (WAR) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote safe and enjoyable skating in the Washington, D.C. area. WAR was founded in 1987 as Washington Area Rollerskaters and is one of the oldest skate clubs in the US. Thousands of individuals have joined together to safely enjoy inline and roller skating in the streets of our fine city.
North East Track Club
At NETC, new, amateur, veteran, and elite runners share a space, cross the same paths, and celebrate each others wins. We push and pull in different directions to make meaningful change through community, camaraderie, and service to our city.
